Cindy began her journey in after-school programs while pursuing her Bachelor of Music Education degree from Mercer University, where she cultivated a commitment to education and youth development. She finds great joy in encouraging each child to explore their unique passions and interests, guiding them as they uncover their talents and strengths. Cindy is dedicated to helping every child become the best version of themselves, empowering them to grow with confidence and curiosity.

Terri Clayton serves as the PlayMaker Coordinator, bringing over a decade of expertise and a genuine passion for enriching after-school programs. With a deep commitment to empowering young minds, Terri is known for her dedication to creating innovative learning experiences that engage and inspire children. She carefully curates and oversees an extensive enrichment program, offering more than 70 unique classes designed to spark curiosity and foster growth. In addition to her work with PlayMaker, Terri also serves as the Preschool Extended Play representative, ensuring that even the youngest learners have a safe, nurturing, and engaging after-school environment. Her commitment to fostering a vibrant community of exploration and learning makes her an invaluable part of the team.
